If by "cool" you mean so God awfully stupid looking and useless that it actually sends chills down your spine, then yes, I suppose they are "cool". Those chills could actually be a direct result of having to watch kittens kill themselves every time they look at it, but it's hard to say.
Actually, what would be "cool" is if you could incorporate a hinge onto said stinger that would allow you to pivot a spare tire down from it's awesome looking location on the roof. You could add support to the mechanism off of the chrome nerf bars and use the rear stinger that previously held your spare tire to hold something else useful, like empty gas cans or a highlift, for when you are parked at the movie theater and run out of gas while stuck.
Your tube fenders look pretty nice BTW. Nice work.
