I'm sure this has been brought up before but it's time to replace my clutch in my tj. should i get the stock clutch or should i spend the extra mone for a centerforce dual friction? how many of you have the centerforce and do you notice much difference and where is the cheapest place to buy clutches any info is greatly appreciated thanks

I don't know if this helps, but I had a Centerforce in my Dodge Cummins and the pedal pressure was pretty stiff. I have a Southbend now, much better IMHO. If you're running a 4.0 I wouldn't bother with a Centerforce.

I too agree, the centerforce is a nice clutch but expensive for what it is. I had one put in my Tj also after the fly wheel got resurfaced and as usaul its so stiff it gives a low level whining noise whiledriving it. Had it replaced because of it, still does it.
