Bobby Long makes a hub gear that will convert your IFS hubs to work on the solid axle, but you should be able to find a pair of SA hubs for cheaper than Bobbys chromoly gears.

No, they have the wrong internal spline count. Longfield sells a conversion hub gear that allows you to use the IFS hub however
