i dont think so. Im currently pointing straight up the hill and there isnt much that i saw to winch to besides another vehicle. pretty desolate up there.

I could still use some help. We tried to get it out tonight but could not get a good angle with the winch. An anchor sounds like just the ticket. We are making another atempt tomorrow and would certainly appreciate any help we can get. Please call me at 971-7349 if you are available.

Thanks a lot!

well there are a bunch of trails behind my house here, so I was not sure if he was there thinking that was herriman canyon... and rose canyon is in between yellowfork and butterfield all of which are really really close to each other; but butterfield is hard to mistake.

Any update on this? did you get it unstuck before the rain and snow fell today?

It was just in the foothills South of Herriman - a few miles east of Rose Canyon. I don't know if that is a named place or not.

Me and a couple of Discos pulled it out yesterday morning. Luckily we were done before the big rain came. It was actually nice weather. I had a good time other than the deep mud.

I generally hate mud, but I put some new Michelin tractor tires on a couple of months ago and this was a good test for them. They did about like I expected: Great pulling - not so good on the sidehills.

That would be mine and badgers backyard, closer to badger than I, but not by much. Glad to hear it was a successful recovery.

Thanks to everyone that offered to help! And a special thanks to Unimog for his assistance. I am not sure we could have done it without him.
