suggestions for a fishing and wheeling trip to the Bryce area

I'm looking for some ideas on a possible trip into the Bryce area that would include fishing and wheeling. I have never been to that area and my wife hasn't been since she was a teenager, so any and all ideas would be helpful, thanks.

Check out Red Canyon right off hwy 12. On the Pantguich side, there are some roads to explore.

Panguitch lake. lots of great fishing in the lake and in the creeks. lots of dirt to explore.

Do you recall if most of the the streams are open to the public or is it on private land? Looking at google earth right now getting some ideas.

Lots of them are public, just keep an open eye for fences. The streams down there are a fairly popular place to fly fish.
