I should be able to participate in Friday evening's activities, though I won't be camping out. (After classes are over, I'll head back home so I can go to work bright and early the next morning.)

Put me down as a possible maybe for Saturday. With my dogs and the wife out of town that weekend I can't do an overnighter. BUT IT IS NOT A RACE WEEKEND! So I might just make it :)

I don't think you will need much for camping gear, only be up there for one night and it wont be that cold at night and I am sure it will be nice out.

Put me as a maybe. I work that Saturday, but I can try to get it off. It also depends if I have the "wolves" TJ registered. It might be great just for her sake as this would be her first wheeling trip with her own Jeep.

Kids and/or pets allowed?

These are always family friendly and it's always cool to bring the dogs.

Yes, kids and dogs are allowed as long as they're nice, well-behaved dogs (the kids don't have to be nice or well-behaved:)). If they're going to bite other kids or bark all night long, it might be best to leave them home.

We've had kids attend in the past, and it was pretty boring for them. They found ways to entertain themselves, but there's a lot of sitting around listening to presenters. The family should enjoy the trail rides towards the end of the day.
