There are a few companies out there that make new spindles that are pressed in. That way you don't have to worry about making it line up right.

...as long as the tubes are straight, which any junkyard axle is just about guaranteeeeeeed to not be.

Torq makes spindles that have a nice shoulder on them, and we use nice new, square-cut tubes. Still have to worry about lining them up.

TMR customs makes a 15 bolt shave kit similar to the Ballistic set up, but more of a DIY situation for the cover.
CRANE has a 13 bolt shave cover that you dont have to do all of the cutting and welding on the housing similar to the Barnes cover, but with a cast cover.
