I think it has gotten to the point that the die-hard envirionmentalits have whined and biatched soo much that people are tired of it, especially those government agencies that have to hear their complaints on a daily basis.

But that is just my opinion :D

Hopefully the land management agencies can now use the money they've had to spend in court on actually managing the lands they're responsible for.

I can't get the link to work but presume this is regarding the greenies ability to sue the government over "mismanagement" of public land.
