Those links don't work all I get is a blank screen.

Try a right click -> Save target as

Save it to your computer then watch it rather than straight across the internet. It is just over 5MB, so depending on your connection speed it may take a few minutes to open up

PS I like this Representative Mike Noel guy. He is not extreme on either side, just spells it out the way it is. He understand the land rights issues, takes time to be educated about the issues, educate others, and speak up when it is time to.

Why the rolly eyes? From what I have seen he is very clear that he is against extreme special groups or groups that want a one sided view. And was very clear that he is after shared and responsible land use. You see something different?

He seems to push back against the special interest groups such as suwa as hard as they push to get their way.

No doubt he is committed to the cause, but to say Mike Noel is not an extemist is pretty naive. The guy cant get through a sentence without going off on some emotional tirade of little relevance to the matters at hand. He is a nut and I dont think its good for the ORV cause. AND, he really should have thought about his own shady dealings wrt water and land speculation surrounding his proposed nuke plants, before taking on SUWA for its percieved improprieties. He has left himself vulnerable, and he is going to get burned.

You make lots of land use comments and I respect that. Like many here I am getting more educated all the time on issues, so I think discussion is good from many angles.

So suwa is extreme on one end, with no negotiation or flexibility. In your opinion is Noel to that level of extreme on the other end?

What other law makers can we name that have as much passion or even interest or knowledge about land issues? I have personally talked to my own rep who does not take the time or personal interest to understand these issues that are more personally to the rural groups. I think that having a Mike Noel with a large voice is a good "arrow in the quiver" to help match the lobby efforts of suwa or other groups looking to permanently lock up land.

I can personally attest the FACT that SUWA monitors this forum. I dont know wayfarer but from reading some posts wayfarer is privy to some info that few members of the general public know anything about. And given the spin of the post does not posess ALL of the facts nor understand the issues very well. Wayfarer is suspect, I would watch posts from this person carefully.

Mike Noel is a good friend of mine. I know him very well, and I can attest to his motives and intent. I talk to him weekly And during the session sometimes hourly. He is a very good man and cares deeply about his constituents. He is passionate and a personal hero of mine.
