linked from pirate....I think that when a vendor starts acting like this, it does need to go around to all the boards so they can be held accountable (in loss of sales) until they start to treat their zuk clients with better service and respect. I've personally bought from Calmini before...got an excelent product, but as with other it was late and the customer service was [censored] poor. Hopefully if this goes around to enough forums Calmini will start making some changes and we can all get some killer products from them with some killer customer service.

I don't think i will buy from them even if they do shape up. I try to get all my stuff fromt Spidertrax then Trail Tough. I did however get my 6.5 t-case gears from them and i got them pretty quik.

holy sh*t with over 2,000 views on pirate and Calmini just called the board a sewer and again ripped on its members...............As stated b y everyone else, Calmini has good products BUT I will go elsewhere with attitudes adn customer service ilke that.
Waiting is acceptible *IF* you are given honest shipping times. I've i'm told 2 months and it takes 2months, thats all right..fi i'm told 1 month and it takes 3, thats NOT alright. and increases in production/staf need to me made to keep up with the demand
Bad customer service and support is *NOT* OK and this is wehre most people I know have taken issue with Calmini.

I honestly don't know why he would post like that. If he had a gripe with Heather or the thread starter, a simple PM would have gone over better and not pissed so many people off. but instead he publicly started name calling, including calling pirate a sewer. Yeah, pirate people can be asses, but they can also be a wealth of knowledge for Suzuki specific stuff, and have saved my ass a few times. it just really blows me away to outright insult a lot of his former and potential customers. :( I don't want to start any bashing on Steve here. I'm just in shock at what I've read and really don't understand his actions. :(

I just don't know what to say -- not that I have a need for zuk parts -- but as a business owner and a professional sales person -- customer service is what keeps my clients loyale.

Hope Steve Kramer of Calmini can do the right thing, swallow a little pride, make the public apology, and follow the golden rule "Treat others the way that you want to be treated".

It all boils down to a little respect for all.
