Sway-A-Way Tacoma vs 4Runner

Hey, I've got a line on a set of NOS Sway-a-way racerunner coilovers but they appear to be for a Tacoma. They have the springs at the top and the threaded collar is at the bottom of the shock.

Will these work on my Runner?

Which era Tacoma, 1st gen (95.5-04) Tacoma shocks will interchange with your 3rd Gen 4Runner (96-02)

Not sure. They have no part numbers. I found an old ('06) add on TTORA of a guy who was selling a set that looked identical off his '99.

The upper strut mounts and clocking is different between the two BUT some aftermarket shock manufactures perhaps have figured out a way to make them fit both? None of the brands I'm super familiar with do.
