First off, I am not a wiring noobie. I can wire a trailer in the dark, blindfolded, with just my teeth.
I am trying to wire the flat bed (CM brand)onto my truck ('06 F350), but have hit an issue. I have cut the wiring off the old bed, and am splicing into the plug. Coming out of the plug, I have 6 wires. Ground, Back up, tail, right turn/stop, Stop, and Left turn.. The left turn and left stop are not the same wire! I have never heard of such a thing.
The problem is that the bed requires them to be 1 wire. I can't get an answer from the bed manufacturer. Any thoughts here?
Additionally, my right turn is doing the fast blink, as if it's missing a connection somewhere.. but that's not as important.
