Plenty of trails in the West Desert... just go bomb down some dirt roads with her... see how she handles hills, ditches, holes, etc...

AF is pleasant this time of year... just don't go the Mineral side on weekdays...(construction)

I dont think she is hot in any way, but I guess she looks alright for being 38........she is pretty damn fearless and wanted do do rattlesnake (even after watching the video of my sammy getting pounded on it) but I told her it was out of a stock rodeo's capability...any other good established trails out there?

Just my .02 - A few easy sites I take the nieces and nephews on during their first few trips:

- Guardsman Pass up Big Cottonwood canyon
- Butterfield canyon out by Kenecott (great view at top)
- Skull Valley about 20 miles West of Tooele
- The dirt road mountain passes about 20 miles down Redwood that lead over to the Tooele valley

The reason I choose these sites is they're close, easy to access, easy to walk out of (just in case), have cell phone coverage, and they are not far from other points of interest (e.g., restaurants, bathrooms, etc., that some of the group prefers).

She's looking at coming to Moab with us... see thread about Moab 20-23rd. She probably won't do RS until she has some rock rails, though.

The first place I took my 97 Rodeo was out to 5 mile pass. It has a nice variety of different "obsticles" to test her out on. Also, If she is looking for information on lifting the Rodeo or any aftermarket stuff, 4x4wire has the largest community of Isuzu enthusiats.

I have seen a stock Rodeo go up Mineral Basin(although they did sustain minor rocker damage)
