With less than 2 weeks before EJS 2008 I am finally getting to install a TeraFlex kit on my JK today!! I will post a link to pics of the install as we go along. There will be some pics posted here plus tons of pics on our webshots account. Myself and our R&D tech plan on about 10-12 hours or less to get this done. Pics will be posted soon. We will be installing a Rubi 44 front loaded with 5:13's and upgraded shafts front and rear.

Owner Mark and son Ben working on my Jeep. How cool is that to have the owner come lend a hand at this! And it's Ben's birthday also!

Ben melted the factory welds of the original control mounts on the frame. The mounts are coming of very easy. You have to be careful on the drivers side mounts of the FUEL LINES!! He only cut the bottom and sides then wiggled the mount back and forth to break it off.

You don't want to use the torch method on the brackets by the gas tank.

New brackets being welded in. This kit includes 4 new control arm brackets that replace the 8 factory ones.

Looks great Joe, I'm impressed with the timeline & how quickly you guys took the JK from stock to Moab-ready! I stopped by TeraFlexPlus on Saturday & got to see the JK being torn down, the new TeraFlex Long Arm JK suspension before going on & talked with Joe about the build. It turned out killer!

Now how about a trail review, post-EJS? :freak:

Thanks! I've got to change out the rear axle studs to longer one's plus wire up the front locker still. I'd like to take it out next weekend. I'm registered for PSM on saturday for EJS. I'll have plenty of pics and vid.

Awesome, that thing looks way sweet. I had a little harder time getting my brackets off, I was trying it with a grinder then I gave up and pulled out the plasma cutter and cut them off. Probably a little bit nicer to work on it on a lift and not on your garage floor like I have been for the past three weeks. Hopefully I will see it at EJS so I can see it in person.

I've got TeraFlex diff covers on now. But I need to paint them Detonator Yellow still. Here's a shot of another JK axle with one on it. OK so we got done around 2:30 am. Hence the lack of updates. Anyone looking for a certain pic let me know and I'll post it.

What are you talking about? We have them for D60's/D70's, also.

Also, don't paint them yellow, that's nutty. Just detail the logo in yellow if you must, but not the whole cover.
