I don't want to bring up a dead thread, just wanted to post this here because this is where I started my last one. I need to mention that Ben, the manager from Teraflex Plus, contacted me via PM after hearing about my previous thread and offered to resolve the issue any way he could to make me a satisfied customer. I have already found an alternate solution but wanted to mention the fact that Ben contacted me to make things right. My three negative experiences are seemingly isolated incidents of bad timing. Thank you Ben for contacting me...and to everyone who would like to say "I told you so" I beat you to it!
