Some of my wife's family lives in Bunkerville, NV so for Thanksgiving we decided to load up the Truck and Trailer and Motorhome and spend 4 days in the Mesquite, NV area.

First fuel stop in Beaver:rolleyes:
On the Trailer we have Ricsrx's '82 Toyota, my '87 4Runner, 2 4wheelers and on the dolly is the BIL '92 YJ

Once we rolled into town Wednesday evening we made plans to do a loop on T-day. We were way late for dinner but still had a great time...
We drove up Lime Kiln and came down Elbow Canyon.

This is the first trail fix for the Jeep but we had already replaced a T-case seal at the house the night before...broken center pin on the leaf.

Every night after we had done the easy pleasure cruises with the kids we went out for some night wheeling around some local trails.

The following day we drove out to Whitney Pockets to check out some Indian drawings, we had 4 Toyota's ('93 Xtra-Cab, '99 Highlander 4Runner, '82 Toyota and '87 4Runner and the ever reliable Jeep)

Unloaded the Trailer in Riverton and made the drive to Davis County with no problems. I toasted 2 idler arm bushings and it'll need an alignment but all in all I was very impressed with the '87 on it's first trip out.

Getting the 4Runner all cleaned up and blowing 5lbs of dust out of the rear window...

That's a cool area. I've done some wheelin and exploring around the Whitney Pockets area. It's a great January/February trip because it's starting to get a little warm down there already.

For the record, we are NOT Jeep haters...but it sure was fun handing out tools and offering "advice", it's been a while since I've been on that side of breakage!

Terrel took the abuse quite well, although I would too if I didn't have a C-clamp :D

John, I want to see the teeth marks in that new seat after a weekend of hard wheeling in that new IFS rig. I can see the O face in the pictures. . .

Thanks for the report. I really like the pictures. On a side note, I think that any make when the minority is always going to break. One trip we were on had one lone International and a couple of Dodges. We just could not keep that old IH together.

Oh don't kid yourself, an IH will gladly play dead anywhere, anytime; no matter what company it is amongst..
