We made a quick day trip down to Moab in the Landcruiser, despite some issues. It wasn't too exciting, but ended up being quite scenic.
We drove down on Saturday morning, turned off at Blue Hills Road and followed it to the turn off for Bartlett Wash. We headed South, then turned off by the end of 'The Pickle'. We ended up doing some playing in the deep sand and found our way to Hidden Canyon. We did a bit of hiking up in the Hidden Canyon area and explored some of the side trails.
On the way back I took some video just for fun. It doesn't look too crazy, but we were moving pretty good, bouncing and sliding around. It was fun... even managed to drift the 6000 pound AWD SUV.

After that we hopped onto Dubinky Wells road and made our way over to Hey Joe Canyon and Spring Canyon Bottom. This was a first for me, I had never explored that part before. The road was pretty intense, it was cut into the cliff and had a pretty big ledge on one side. Daisy didn't seem to mind it, Catherine on the other hand, looked like this-

Once in the canyon bottom we found the Green River and a neat old trestle that was part of a cable bridge that once provided a way across the Green River.
