The 2005 King 4X4 Challenge.

The King 4X4 Challenge will be on 8/13/05 in Price, Utah. last years events; Rock Garden, Mud Bog, and Tug of War will all be back along with 3 new events; Tire Pit, log Cross, and arena style Race Track rounding out the Challenge. there will still be 2 classes of 4X4 with each class getting awards for each event and over all winners in each class. last year the 2 over all winners took home over $1000 each, we hope to be around that number this year. We need competitors, sponsors and spectators so come down and play.

$20 per event or $65 for all 6 events. U4 and CCKC get discounts droping the cost to $15 per event or $50 for all. Spectators pay at the gate $9 for adults and $6 for kids 6-12, in advance the price drops to $ and $5. For that you get a full days(9am-est 5pm) entertainment.

No true trail rides but for anyone that pays to come to the show there will be time to play on the parks obsticals after the awards have been passed out.

if you stay over till the 14th I am quite sure that we can take any one out on a number of trails depending on you specs, Holiday Inn will be having a special rate(called racers rate) of 59.95, on the nights of the 12th and the 13th, come on down and we will make it an enjoyable and worthwhile

log cross finished, just add water and have a blast. we really need to know of anyone who plans on coming down and competing, we would like to figure total competitor count so we know how many volunteer judges we will need, please help us to put on another great event, we will be having new kings this year, last years kings will not be competing this year and they walked away with some nice cash prizes and gifts. I think the second and third place competitors walked away with a very nice prize also, post any questions that need to be anserwed. we also are posted on general talk

the park is located at the fair grounds(behind moto cross track). it starts sat a aprox. 9:00 am, and yes you can pay the day of. any other questions, please feel free to call scott or my self

Boy I wish I did not have to work. We had a great time last year. Especially having my 3000# Jeep pulled around by 4500# trucks. Oh yea and I still find mud from the pit.
