I could see the difference in the first picture you posted but couldn't think of a reason the weld would look just a bit cleaner so I didn't guess. I'm going to order some and see how I like it. I could use any advantage possible when it comes to my welds :p

Nope. I used anti-spatter spray on the two right panels before laying down those beads. That's the big difference.
The one on the left shows a slight deviation from centerline right in the center of the weld, showing a lack of consistency.
Sorry it’s my job not only to judge welds, but also to humble you father. 😉

I seriously just love how the trailer keeps getting better and better. Yours will be the trailer people are sharing on Pinterest after this.
Awe thanks man.

The floor is finally done. That really sucked. Holding my head up off the concrete floor to see the arc for hours was really making me shake toward the end.

This thing better last forever.

I've been trying to come up with some cool tie down point ideas, but I'm flat running out of time. I need to be done with this thing, so D-rings.

That powdercoater is probably gonna hate the bottom of that floor. It looks like honeycomb. 😂

I think I would have used that hoist above to lift that trailer on it's side to do the welding standing up...

... because, you know, I can tell you how to do your work better from my computer.
Sadly, the hoist is too short to reach out far enough to do something like that. One day I'll build a bigger one, this is the second trailer that would have benefited from flipping.
