This is more of a public service announcement than a movie review. :-\

I fell victim to my wifes siren calls and saw "The Lovely Bones" with her.
I didn't know the premise of the movie, but knew I was in trouble when I noticed the theater had a 4 to 1 ratio of girls to guys...

After what seemed like an eternity, this bag of crap movie finally ended.

I'll never get those two hours of my life back. :-\

I give it an F, minus, minus....

I thought the production quality of this flick was decent, but the storyline was weak and somewhat nonsensical. :sick: I've heard that the story makes more sense in the book because of the additional detail that a book has to offer. The acting was bad (especially Mark Wahlburg). I kept thinking to myself "is this over??? PLEASE tell me this is over"...

DEFINIETLY don't pay to see this in the theater.

My wife liked this movie a lot!
She said that she was glad that I went with her.
disclaimer: She doesn't know that I LOATHED this movie. She's a saint, and doesn't need to hear me whine.

not by my wife but some married double date thing.

Creepy. seemingly drug induced dreams of a teen caught halfway between this life and the next after being killed by a neighboor who turns out to be a child mass murderer.

ya weird stuff. stay far far away.
