The Official XJ lovers thread!

What's with the hood scoop, do ya got a little something extra under there you're not tell us? :greg:

If I told you i'd have to kill you....

One should never underestimate the ground pounding torque of a 4.0L I6 with a cold air intake. :D

But honestly, it really helps keep the under hood temps down.

This is right before I broke my U-joint on the Mountain Dew trail. Buzz Kill!!

as soon as i build some rock sliders for it and she's out of school in 3 weeks it'll be getting used :D
Too cool!

In just about 3 months my 88 will embark on its 3500 mile move to Alaska. Twenty three year old rig, showing 210000 miles, with an 8 year old little girl.

Wish us luck!!! :ugh:

I love all these Xj's I wish mine were like these... One day... One Day.

my current xj may be one of the least built out of this crowd (but i've gone the "hardcore" route as well) but let me tell you it can all be done in due time with small amounts of money and some help from the rme homies. stick with it and you will learn a lot with every mod and you'll end up with a sweet rig that makes you happy :D

My old '89 XJ

Which grew into:

Which then grew into my last buggy...

Then we had this for a couple years. I still miss this one sometimes. It was a good rig.

I hope everyone realizes just how long you've been in the game
