We have so many failing orgs, a few more attempts can't hurt.

Sagebrush Coalition (once known more popularly as the Sagebrush Rebellion), as a movement (not necessarily an organized entity) pre-dates both BRC and USA-ALL.

USA-ALL = 1999
BRC = 1987
Sagebrush Rebellion/Coalition = 1979

and for good measure

U4WDA = 1978

...We have so many failing orgs, a few more attempts can't hurt.

Our user group does not lend itself very naturally to formal organization (we're better at segregating into social clicks). It's a hard task indeed to successfully direct and manage this wiley bunch toward a unified goal. Perhaps even harder to define and agree on that goal. :-\

I, for one, am glad that they keep trying.

As past president of U4WDA and USA-ALL, you're preaching to the choir. There are things that work, but they aren't as fun as hat pins, conventions and rallies. So, oh well.
