Although that "V" is much much better than nothing,
ideally you want you intersecting tubes to meet at a junction with other tubes so the force of an impact is transferred to all the tubes in the node.
Like an "X" or "V" that intersects the corners of the cage.
I'm sure you'll be fine though unless you barrel roll it off a cliff.

i will tie in the V to the back bar in the near future when i figure out what im doing with the bed
