I don't know how much MX riding is done here but me, my old man, and my uncle and cousins all went out to Jordan River yesterday. They had dumped a good 6 or 7 inches of dirt on the track but didn't groom it whatsoever, which resulted in very interesting riding conditions. The dirt was so loose and soft that it was impossible to get a run at the bigger jumps. A couple hours into it, the track was so rutted out that you were more worried about staying on two wheels and not getting cross-rutted than trying to clear anything.
Towards the end of the day I was putting in a few last laps and ended up taking a corner too quick and got caught in the loose stuff on the outside. I got on the throttle pretty good and made it out of there only to catch another rut wrong and laid my bike down right on my ankle. Pretty sure it twisted my knee a little as well.
Definitely better than not riding at all but I've certainly had better days. The clowns that "maintain" that track owe me some new bars..
