Can you believe this crap....While hunting this past weekend i left my jeep parked up on the hillside while i went down off the trail, when i returned jumped in my jeep and she wouldnt start so i was like hhmm somethin not be good here. I get out look and notice my hood latches are not on and so i lift my hood and...........well someone figured they needed my battery more than me but instead of just unbolting it they just cut all the wiring which really screwed me. So i step back and take a better look and the Hi-lift on my front bumper is missing, all my towstraps in my cab are gone, all the extra ammo, tools and binoculars and haha yes my candy. Can you believe the nerve of some people? I ma still in dis-belief!!!!!!!! I asked around and i guess a couple well hispanics were up on the hillside and were seen standing next to my jeep. SOOOOOO maybe they took them who knows but it sucks and yea well sucks why would you rip a guy off when you know there hunting and have a high power rifle with a scope, guess they have guts! uuurrrrggg!

would have been badass to see this on the news as "hunter shoots theives in the knee's from 150yds"... Tough break bro, sorry to hear about this, I just had one of my welders jacked so I know your pain. I'd have a really hard time not curb stomping them if i caught em.

no didnt report it by the time i got off the mountain with my rig and getting home hell i dont even know what county that is to report it. I think i did the next best thing i let the farmers in the area know and they are looking for my stuff and maybe a little vigelante justice will be served. They think it is two ranch hands up there

Is it wrong of me to want to catch these type of people red handed, chain them to a tree in the middle of the forest, break their fingers one by one, then spray paint <I stole someone else's property> all over they're body then leave them there until someone finds them??? Or am I just f$%#ed in the head?

What can they do with a battery? It seems like a really weird thing to rip off... Th only reason I ask is because someone sprung my hood a couple years ago and ripped off my battery left everything else... Is there something I don't know about?
That sucks you got ripped off it always pisses me off when I hear crap like that...

lol there must be battery bandits on the prowl out there, the worst part it was on the mountain when they took it, i tell ya what i am investing in a hood lock this week so i dont have to worry about that happening again!

I used a thick length of chain and a Marsterlock on my 67 Chevy Impala. Lived in Phoenix at the time and got tired of it after the second time finding the Hood open and the Battery Gone.

Sounds like it would have been easier if they had taken the whole vehicle. I am glad that didn't happen. I would have reported it because your junk will turn up somewhere and the cops may be able to trace it back to you and the a-holes who stole it.
