i doubt it, the city probably just said it had to be done to get the loader out and let those guys go on their merry way.........now there's a lwasuit against the city i bet.

the explorer is actually a city vehicle... the car behind it that was munched as well was the city employee that had the explorer... so no big law suit coming anytime soon.... there was a big write up about this in a few papers... it got quite the attention (just like here 2 posts I have seen on this video) all over the nation...

There was no need to do what they did, any EXPERIENCED operator could have got the loader out without help. I know I could have for sure....push your self with the bucket...
