Thoughts on snow removal and steep driveways

A friend of mine is quickly learning that snow blowing his new steep driveway up emigration canyon sucks. He was asking how well an ATV with a snowplow and chains would work on steep driveway and I have no idea. I thought you guys may have some thoughts. He doesn't have room for a truck and snowplow combo and honestly doesn't have that much driveway.

I have a 93'x33' driveway. It is not very steep, but it would take forever with a snowblower. I first started with a lawn tractor and a plow. That barely did the job, but not if the snow was very wet. I bought a polaris 4 x4 quad and modified the plow for use with it. It moves a lot of snow very quickly, but i need a lot of room to turn around. It is addicting, I usually plow all the walking trails while I am at it. I don't use any chains. Not necessary.

I plowed a lot with a Polaris Sportsman 600 and it worked very well. On somewhat steep slopes it was okay but if it was very steep you could only plow down hill.
