Tim Hardy needs a Samurai engine

Does anyone have a 1.3L Samurai engine? Tim Hardy is on his way from Tahoe to the East Coast for the Ultimate Adventure and his engine crapped out in Salt Lake City. :-\ He needs any of the following:

- A running engine
- A place to swap engines
- A ride east

If anyone can offer Tim any assistance, please give him a call at 530-391-0475. He is one of the nicest, most down to earth guys you could ever meet and if anyone else was in his position I am certain that Tim would help them.

We swapped a used head on last night and it seemed to run a lot better to me. He left my house about 11 this morning. Havent heard from him since tho.

Fred Williams talked to him this afternoon after the head was swapped and Tim said that it seems way down on power now and he doesn't think he can make it as is.

I went with Tim on UA last year.

I am in Orem, about 40 minutes south of SL, I have a rig and hauler, any tool you can imagine and there are several local wrecking yards locally. Should be able to round up a motor.

I PM'd my cell, tell him its Mike in the Grand Cherokee from PA last year. I will help in any way I can.

I can't get him to the east coast, but if he needs me to pick him and his rig up and get it somewhere close I have a truck and trailer and can pick him up. Maybe to a shop or something.
