Well my 2 year old autolite just died on me. Had a cell go bad due to off-roading I guess. Got a $30.00 credit and bought another one. I ended up swapping batteries with my wifes Cherokee as hers was getting old. Now I am looking for an Optima red top. Who have you found has the best pricing on these either locally or on the Internet.

i have a red top that i used for my top battery (the one hooked to my winch, that i didn't use durring that time) in my mean green tray for about 4 months until i got my yellow top.
I will let you have it for $100, it comes with a top that i never did use.

I recomend the exide orbital.
I ran dual orbtial extreme's in my tow rig and never had a problem. I have however had 2 red tops with problems and have seen many others.
This can also be like MTR's in that you see more failures because there are just way more of them around.
