Tire carrier help

I want to do a new prerunner tire carrier but my brain is locked up. Do any of you have any pics you have found?

I like this-

You can't see a bumper, but one single tube, slightly bent up past the middle, would look pretty good. I want to do something similar with the above tire carrier, (minus the AllTerrain, neon Blue paint & the drop-in bedliner.)

My previous one was kinda like that. I need it to swing out at the top to access tools keep them coming

have you seen the ones where they mount the tire standing up in the center of the bed, sideways? Kinda hard to explain.
