Tires for a Yamaha Rhino

I fixed up a Rhino for my in laws and the thing has tires that are old and mismatched. If I'm reading the date codes correctly 3 of the 4 are from 2006 and one is from 2013 and the wrong size. I don't think they drove the wrong sized tire for many miles so hopefully they didn't mess things up. Do ATV tires have the same issue with rubber rot like car tires do when they get old ? I know I've got to get rid of the oddball tire that's the wrong diameter but would it make sense to swap on a complete new set ? The tread is good on the tires but old. Any suggestion on who makes a good set of replacements ?

I'd check out Rocky Mountain ATV, I'm sure they have a bunch of different options based on price. Their website is awesome and shipping is QUICK since they're in Payson, UT.

I just sold a 1996 Kodiak that has been sitting outside for 10+ years and commented on the tires still being good...ish. Let me know what size tire you need I have some new take offs from our 2020 Grizzlys. I'll make ya a good deal, if you want.

The stock size on these are 25x10x12 on the rear and 25x8x12 on the front. Someone in the past changed the rims and now it has 26x9x14 on the front and one 26x10x14 and one 28x10x14 on the rear. What size do you have ?

I've got a full set of wheels and tires off of my 2019 Polaris Sportsman 450. They're yours if you want them. I pulled them off when it was new.
