tj doors on a yj?

can this be done? also will the dash of a tj fit in a yj?

well, if you're talking about soft doors, you can likely make them work. I used YJ soft doors on my TJ by building a YJ type striker pin. I tried to make YJ hard half doors fit on my TJ, but the door would only close to about 4-6" from the striker pin. It probably had something to do with the sport cage I have attached to my dash.

The door shape and the hinge is the same, and If the door will swing all the way to close it would only be a matter of making a TJ style striker pin.

Don't know how much help that is, but that is my experience. If you have a set of TJ hard half doors, I have a set of YJ hard half doors and I would be interested in a trade.

I tried a while back to put my full hard tj doors on a yj, the door shapes are different. If you have tj half doors and want to sell lemme know.
