TJ engine swap problems

I need help.

I swapped the 4.0, tranny and transfercase from one TJ in another (4 cyl) a while back.

It starts and runs fine, but I have some electrical issues.

Symptoms:

Honk horn = windshield wipers, no horn
Head lights on = windshield wipers and lights (drivers side dim)
Drivers blinkers flashes very fast.
check engine light on of course.

The Jeeps were both 97's and I swapped the computer and full engine harness.

The jeep is in Utah and I'm in Chicago so I can't work on it. I'll be moving to San Diego shortly and will pick it up on the way.

I hope someone has seen these symptoms before and give me an idea where to look. I'm new to the electrical aspect. So maybe there is shop that could handle it all real easy for me.

I would check to make sure all of the harness grounds were hooked up properly, a floating ground can have some very strange effects. I wouldn't think that the interior wiring harnesses would be different but if you wanted to experiment I have a 99 tj steering column and interior harness you can try.

Sounds like grounds to me as well. Makes things act really weird.
