Got a 2000 TJ with a procomp lift. Not sure on the details since it wasw on th jeep when I got it. While driving down the road the back end will sway. Friend said it was bushings. Is it or is it something else?

No I havn't. I have been away from home for 3 months and noticed it had gotten worse. Never had time to fix it before I left. But now I got a week to do it.

90% positive, check the rear track bar bracket, it has probably become loose and needs to either be welded in place or tightened.

I had the procomp lift prior to going with the RE longarm. The bushings on those control arms wore out pretty quickly. I had to retorque them quite often. While you're under checking the rear track bar, check the control arm mounting bolts and bushings.

My vote is for the track bar/upper control arm bracket. It's either broken or breaking off of your axle.
