whats the going rate for a first tooth?

when i was loosing teeth it was nickles and dimes. i am scared to see what inflation has turned the tooth exchange industry into.

I have only lost one since he has known me. That was after I took a header down his parents stairs. Seven hard wood stairs + Tile + Face = One missing tooth and lots of bruses. To this day the dentist still thinks Jeremy beat me. FYI he wasn't any where near me when I fell.
