This episode is from a couple years ago, but I've just recently seen it. The guys from Top Gear each buy a sub $2500 car in Zambia and drive across Botswana to Nambia (~1000 miles).
After just having done ~200 miles around the GSL recently, I now feel like our various overland accomplishments are meaningless when compared to this driving adventure.
If I had a few thousand dollars, a support team, a fuel truck and a helicopter, I'd definitely make a similar journey. Anyone in?

Edit: So, is there a trick to get embedded Youtube videos to show up? Apparently just clicking the "Youtube" button didn't work.
