We will be delivering the very needed items to the Shriners Hospital, on December 13th. The plan is to meet at the E-Center parking lot at 9:30am. Then, we will drive these items to Shriners in our Rigs (Or Tow Rigs, for those with non-street legal rides.)

For more information about the Trail Ride RME will be hosting to gather these items, go here- RME Toy Safari Trail Ride

For all those that Donated Gifts out at the Trail Ride....

If you would like to go to the delivery with your items in hand, I'll have everything with me. Feel free to get your items from me at the E-Center & haul it to Shriners Hospital, if you like. :)

I'll be there representing RME and those that donated, but couldn't make the delivery.

Update

Hey there,

Just wanted to give you a update. I met with SHRINERS today, this will be a wonderful event. Shriners plans on having as many children in the lobby next to the circular driveway to see all the rigs.

We have a great gifts to give away at the E-Center to all of you particpants.

We will not take the freeway, I will have map routes to hand out, but it basically consists of 3100 South to Redwood, Redwood to N. Temple, N. Temple to State, State to S. Temple, and then S. Temple up to Virgina (1340 East) to the hospital.

Looking forward to everyone being there, thanks for everything you have done so far (donations at the RME run) and so forth! See you at 9:30 AM Saturday!!!!

That Jacket was so sweet! I'm jealous. It was a fun morning, very cold but very worth seeing some of the kids wrapped up in blankets outside waving to us at the Hospital.

I'm glad I went for sure.

My question... did anyone get a picture of the pug eatin' poop?

Good times, the kids all came outside of the hospital and started choosing toys, really humbles you to see the joy giving can bring. Everyone really came through as well, there was a ton of toys and lots of cool stuff (yes I sorted through the toys looking for good stuff ;) )

Oh yeah, Cruiser Outfitters donated a Toyota Knuckle Rebuild Kit (thinking a Toyota 4x4 club)... the winner, sports a D60 on his FJ40... :D

Isn't it ironic... :D

OK, I have a few pics. (For some reason, my Camera didn't like the lighting, so a couple pics turned out crappy.)

The Toy Delivery.... Kury's vintage-80's Toyota Jacket.... and the Kids picking their favorite Toys. :)

There was an awsome turnout, I was really impressed. It was really neat to see those kids as each vehicle drove thru and unloaded their toys.

All who donated toys & assisted in the delivery deserve huge props! Good job everyone!

I planned on going, but didn't think it would be good to show up at the hospital with the flu. My kids helped me shop for the toys we donated out at RS, and I wanted them to see where they were all going. :( Looks like there was a great turnout, great job guys.
