toyota/chevy wheels and tires NO BIGGER than 31s

So I am looking to get my burb back on the road. I need a set of wheels and tires in decent condition. I cant afford a ton of money to put this back in road worthy condition. Thanks in advance

I have some 265 general's on Toyota 15" rims you can have. Should still pass inspection. Pulled them off my 80 series. Let me know if you are interested.

I have some 31's on some 15" alloy's I can let go for like $200. They have some life left in them, couple months, possibly a year.
