Toyota Lexus guys I need help

My wife’s gx460’s dash lit up like a Christmas tree this am when she started it. I’m assuming it’s the secondary air injection pump failure I’ll verify that when I get off work. Is there any hope in taking it apart and cleaning out the filter and resembling it fixing the problem? Also is there harm in her continuing to drive it this way till I fix it?

I would check the 150 section on ih8mud. If you know the code, I am pretty sure someone there has dealt with it and hopefully posted about it.

Thanks for you offer I’m gonna run by autozone and scan it today and see what they say. If my suspicions are correct I think I’ll just order this kit and delete the system.
