does anyone know of a clockable t-case adapter for toyota gear driven. i know marlin crawler has one in the works but didn't know if there are others or if anyone has used one?

Yes! Marlin, TG, and AA all have had their out for a while now. I use Marlins in the F-Toy. No problems.
Can I ask what is your reason for the clocked? Ground clerance/flat belly?

yes flat belly more ground clearance, and driveshaft angles, i working on trying to lower the center of gravity! I have recently looked at AA and TG and didn't notice that they offered that

I stand corrected! I was sure that I had seen a clocked adapter from TG and AA.
A couple options with the shifters;
Bend or cut the old shifter
Twin sticks! Marlin makes one setup for the rotated case
