Does anyone make high steering for a Toyota that uses the stock steering box? I want to put one on my 84 toyota. Thanks for any help.

Nope. Your stock box is designed for "push/pull" steering. As you probably know, an IFS style box is the easiest and most cost efficient way to go. Just remember to plate both sides of the frame. I'd recommend sleeving the bolt holes as well.

When you're done, don't toss your stock box. FJ40 guys sometimes want 'em and will pay you something. Not much, but something...

Your stock arm can be modified (bent) in order to put the tie rod above the springs, thus leaving your J-arm in tact...

W @ Over The Hill 4x4 (http://www.overthehill4x4.com/index.html) has done hundreds of arms over the years using this method (special heating, cooling cylcle that has negilible impacts on arm)...

Not the best, in reality you should do the IFS box swap as Von mentioned... no use polishing...
