tragic roll over death

saw this in todays newspaper. Man killed in roll over while trying to manuver truck on bike/foot section of trail in Utah county.

I just read it on KSL. He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected and the truck rolled back down into the parking lot or trailhead.

And he was traveling in a area restricted to vehicle travel

Looks totally avoidable to me, and stupid, to boot. Tragic? I suppose it is.
