This trip report is a year late, but I thought it was worth sharing. We left thanksgiving night and went from Goblin Valley to Capitol Reef to Fish Lake all via dirt. It was a good time.

I also have to remember how many attempts it took to get the rocks out of the stupid metal shields on the back of the brakes...
I thought that screech was going to drive me crazy.

jeeps are always welcome on my trips. As are fords, dodges, chevies, etc. I may be a toyota man at heart, but I enjoy the outdoors with friends far more than driving a toyota. :) It just happens that the toyota guys end up going on more trips than my jeep friends. Not really sure why it works out that way. Plus we all have similar taste in vehicles.

I even let Eric's a jeep winch me across that river.

BUT us jeep guys spend way more time at the mall, so I guess there is that :)
