If any of you are working for them, great: everyone's got to feed the kids...

but otherwise, the TSA can kiss my ass, again. Everytime I fly, watching this sterling organization at work just aggravates me. Watching their selective search techniques infuriates me. Apparently women aren't going to do anything bad, but men might be hiding C4 up their asses. And apparently, senior women are lethal!

The amount of money being spent on the smoke-and-mirror show that the TSA is really pisses me off. They are going to hit subways, or airport lobbies, not planes again! At least not through the front door. I object to tax dollars going to such an ineffective program. And yes, I know it's not going to go away.

Anyway. [/rant] :mad2:

The real insult to us all is that while we are taking our shoes off and being scanned to get on a flight, there are hundreds of thousands of people just walking right accross our borders with who knows what in their possession.

P.S. I have nothing against immigrants, but we need to control it. If the government wants us to buy this whole "war on terror" thing, leaving the back door wide open is assinine.

I'll agree to that. I'm all for a US version of the Berlin wall between U.S. and Mexico.

You guys ever played the computer game Red Alert? They have these really cool electrical tower thingies that you can use to secure your borders. If anybody gets too close, the tower shocks the sh!t out of them. I know the government has tech like this...let's use it!

They use 1.5 Tesla magnet coils in our MRI scanner... If they're the same, that's kinda scary! (I hear they even use 3.0 Tesla magnet coils at the U!)

Not the same thing. The "Tesla" in the MRI is a unit of measurement of the magnetic field. here

And some "light" reading on Nikola Tesla
