Tyng's Grave

This is mostly for Cruiseroutfit but I guess the rest of you can look :greg:

Kurt, last fall there was some talk of the washout on the Tyng's Grave trail that starts near the MEG trail. I didn't get the picture for you then, but I made Badger take some of it today The first one is looking down the trail, the second is looking over the side.

That washout has been on our hit list for some time... Hopefully this will be taken care of this year. We would love to get an Eagle Scout or one of our member clubs to take this project on...

It really doesn't stop a trail from being completed, but it should be open just so there is more than one exit to the Miller Hill Trail (up to Tyng's grave)

As of last year the USFS was willing to let us get it taken care of...

I took a close look at that last year. 12-20 guys with shovels, picks, and prybars can have it widened to get a jeep across without scaring the death out of the passengers. Seriously, I think in 2-3 hours we could easily have that dug out. We should seriously consider doing this as soon as we can get it scheduled.
