U4 meeting with BLM

Ron Tolman and I had a good 1.5 hour discussion with Sally Smith, BLM interim Director while Juan Palma is out of state at a training session, Suzanne Garcia, and David Jeppeson the Northern Utah Trails person. We discussed Paria, Canaan, Memorandum of Understanding, NPLD, and mapping.
