UROC did a great job of keeping the courses moving and getting us out of their in a decent manner. We (Carl and I) ran all 10 of our courses on Friday, started ~ 9am and we outta there about 4ish... not bad. I was sitting in the pool at the hotel by 6 o'clock.

The courses were substantially shorter than in previous events. Some courses were the same as the dreaded event #1, divided in half! Olly had a time of :59 with 20 points on one of his courses... Carl and I finished a few of them with well over 1/2 of our time left...

so how did you guys do?

13th for the event, 12th for the series. We had high hopes of actually breaking the top 10 for a change, but it appears we're a little bit too consistent for our own good. :p

Michelle and I finshed 15th agian for the event, 14th for the series. The event was great. Michelle is getting better every event. I would like to give Dallas a big thanks for giving us his rig and truck to compete this year.

Thanks for the help Bill even though I never found the problem. Everyone was very understanding except the tank crew refused to put our Jeep out of its misery. We even lent out some spare parts.

Rockymonkey congrats. 3rd place? How did you do overall for the series? Hey did you guys put on that throttlebody spacer?

Yep. 3rd again, and 3rd for the series. Wish they gave us trophies for the series... :( The throttle body spacer seemed to add a bit of power, it's now going on Brenda's WJ so we can see if it affects fuel economy. I'll let ya know.

That was great  ....First thing I noticed when I looked at it. Was that a whole spool of wire?? Bet if you would have used some duct tape too, the axle would have been fine :D
