I have a tire that's tread is worn uneven and vibrates a bit when driving. wondering if using bb's in the tire will help and if I should use plastic or steel bbs and how much I should use? its on a 37" tire.

Use the dynamic balancing beads or balancing sand over BB's... I know the BB's will def wear the inner wheel finish down and rust inside if made out of steel.
I have never persoanaly used either but read lots of threads off pirate about the topic.

I love the air soft BBs in my tires. 33x10.50. I understand that they work better in tall skinny tires. Something about distribution side to side.

No task is impossible by those who don't actually have to do it.

My dad uses the sand in his tires.... He says it's fine and works but I still notice tire vibrations when I've driven it.

Run em dry. The theory is that the BBs go to the lightest part of the tire as it rotates and they kinda hang out there. When you come to a slow and stop they run down the the bottom of the tire and then restart the cycle again when you go.

I added 1134 bbs at .25 grams each to make 10 ounces. took it for a drive and couldn't believe the difference. haven't gotten it up to freeway speed but at 65mph I could tell a huge difference. going to add them to all my tires.

I have 2000 of the heavy air soft bbs in my 40" beadlocks. Works great. Put 2700 miles on the setup for UA. According to the chart I have too much. 17 oz in mine.
