Make sure there are no trails across these lands. The public has 90 days to assert any right of way claims, after that they are gone forever.

I think the trails are safe provided it can be proved they existed before 1976 and or 10 years of public use... Am I wrong?

Just as was shown with the Strike Ravine trail in Moab... Sitla now includes a warning statment on their auction that there may be existing road easments on their property.

My understanding is, that SITLA's position is that if it isn't claimed in the alloted 90 days than it is gone, at that point only a lawsuit could change things. Take advantage of the 90 days!!!!
