Finally!! This woman made my life miserable for the last 14 years!!!

You would think that making Readers Digest list of most outrageous judges 8 years ago would have done it, but no... it took her pissing off the hunters! I have been trying to get the word out for years without much success.

She has no right being a judge! Glad to see her gone!

In Utah, when you get a divorce your case is assigned to a judge. That judge remains your judge for life or until you get her voted out...

I make it personal policy to say no to retention of judges whenever I vote. I think all elections should be two part...we should vote to retain the incumbent...and if they are ousted, we should offer up candidates for replacement...FRESH MEAT is always good!!

me too. I figure that if there are issues that people are not happy I would rather see change than not. Too bad that it is a 50/50 cut off point to get a new judge, why not have a 75/25 cut off. with less than 75% approval lets try someone else.
